You have the option to cancel your membership at any time.

If you cancel your free trial membership within the trial time, your (Trial) subscription will be canceled immediately and your account will be automatically restored to our free service. If you cancel, you will lose access to any paid features immediately.

If you cancel your monthly or annual membership, your account will revert to our free service once your subscription has entirely expired (the last day of your subscription).

Here’s how to cancel per type of subscription:

• Subscribed through the Soundtrap website1. Go to your subscription page 
  2. Click Cancel subscription. Your subscription page shows the date when your subscription will expire.
• Subscribed through another companySoundtrap is not able to help you cancel your subscription if you’ve subscribed through another company (e.g. iTunes, Google Play Store) since they manage your subscription and payments. Please contact the company where you’ve subscribed.
